PulsePact

PulsePact is a web + mobile app for running lightweight, recurring feedback loops inside teams and communities without turning into a survey graveyard. Create 60-second check-ins (mood, blockers, “one thing to improve”), send them on a cadence, and track response rates and trendlines. The twist: every prompt requires a visible “close-the-loop” action from the owner (acknowledge, comment, or publish a decision), so people see outcomes instead of shouting into the void. It supports anonymous responses, but also offers “confidential to manager” modes for sensitive topics. A simple dialogue layer lets responders clarify context without exposing identity. Exportable summaries help leaders share what changed. This isn’t a full HR suite; it’s intentionally narrow: fast feedback, accountability, and follow-through. If you can’t prove you acted, the app will show it.
