PulsePacts

PulsePacts is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) for lightweight performance management built around weekly “pacts”: each employee and manager agree on 1–3 outcomes for the week, define what “done” means, and log evidence (links, numbers, screenshots). The system auto-prompts short check-ins, captures blockers, and produces a simple, defensible performance trail without the bureaucracy of annual reviews. An AI layer summarizes progress, flags vague goals, detects missing evidence, and drafts fair, specific feedback based on documented work—not vibes. It also highlights workload risk (too many pacts, chronic blockers) and helps managers run consistent 1:1s. This is not a full HRIS; it’s a focused performance execution layer that plugs into existing tools and creates clarity, accountability, and better coaching with minimal overhead.
