PulsePair

PulsePair is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) for couples who want emotional intimacy without turning every talk into a “big conversation.” It runs a 3-minute daily ritual: each partner answers a private prompt (mood, stressors, appreciation, one honest need), then the app reveals a shared summary only after both submit—preventing one-sided oversharing or stonewalling. It also includes a lightweight “repair mode” for after conflict: a structured sequence of short statements (impact, responsibility, request) with timers and a cool-down option. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps generate prompts, detect escalating language, and suggest de-escalation phrasing, but users stay in control and can disable AI. The goal is consistent emotional attunement, not therapy replacement.
