PulsePatch
PulsePatch is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that turns holistic wellness into a practical, trackable routine without pretending to diagnose or “heal” anything. Users pick 2–3 evidence-leaning practices (breathwork, sleep wind-down, light movement, hydration, caffeine cutoffs, nature time) and the app runs short weekly experiments. It pulls objective signals from Apple Health/Google Fit (sleep duration, resting heart rate, steps) and pairs them with quick subjective check-ins (stress, mood, pain, energy). An AI coach summarizes what actually moved the needle and what didn’t, then suggests the next experiment with realistic tradeoffs (“If you won’t change bedtime, try a 10-minute wind-down instead”). It also includes a “placebo guardrail” that flags when changes are too small or data is too noisy to conclude anything. The goal is less woo, more personal evidence.
