PulsePledge
PulsePledge is a mobile + web app for running ultra-short, anonymous safety-culture pulses and turning them into actions managers can’t ignore. Instead of long annual surveys that nobody trusts, it sends 3 rotating questions per week (psychological safety, reporting friction, leadership follow-through) and benchmarks results by site, shift, and role without exposing individuals. It includes an “Action Ledger” where leaders must log what they changed, by when, and who owns it; employees can see progress transparently, which is the only way culture tools build credibility. The app flags teams with rising fear-of-reporting signals and suggests targeted interventions (toolbox talk templates, manager 1:1 prompts, barrier removal checklists). It’s realistic: it won’t magically fix bad leadership, but it will make avoidance visible and trackable, which is often enough to force change in regulated industries.
