PulsePledge is an employee voice web app (with optional mobile companion) that forces organizations to close the loop on feedback. Employees submit issues or ideas with lightweight context and optional anonymity. Leaders must respond using a “pledge” workflow: acknowledge, choose an action (fix, defer, reject), assign an owner, and publish a deadline and progress updates. The app automatically generates a public internal “You Said, We Did” feed and tracks response SLAs by team, location, and manager—making silence visible. It also supports recurring micro-pulses (2–3 questions) tied to specific initiatives (reorg, new policy, return-to-office) so feedback is actionable rather than generic. This is not another survey tool; it’s a follow-through system that creates accountability without requiring a huge HR program.
