PulsePosture

PulsePosture is a mobile app (with optional Apple Watch/Wear OS support) that helps users connect physical tension patterns with mental stress. It combines quick posture checks (camera-based alignment snapshots), short guided “release” routines (2–8 minutes), and lightweight journaling to link triggers (meetings, commutes, social situations) with where tension shows up (jaw, shoulders, gut, hands). The app surfaces simple correlations over time—e.g., “late caffeine + slumped posture = higher evening tension”—and recommends realistic micro-interventions: breathing cadence, neck/hip mobility, jaw unclenching drills, and screen-break protocols. It’s not therapy and it won’t magically fix chronic pain; it’s a practical self-awareness tool that nudges behavior change through consistent, low-friction check-ins. Users can set “tension pings” during high-risk times and track improvement with weekly trend summaries rather than obsessive daily scores.
