PulseShift

PulseShift is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that helps companies run change communication like a measurable campaign. Instead of blasting emails and hoping, it creates a simple change “timeline” with audiences, key messages, and required actions. It then pushes short, role-based micro-updates and 30-second pulse checks, and tracks real comprehension and adoption signals (acknowledgement, quiz-style understanding, sentiment, and blockers). Managers get a weekly digest showing who is confused, where resistance is spiking, and which teams need live follow-up. An AI assistant rewrites messages for different roles, flags jargon, and suggests FAQs based on employee questions. It’s not a culture miracle tool—just a practical way to reduce rumor, misalignment, and wasted rollout time by making change comms observable and repeatable.
