PulseTown

PulseTown is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that turns town halls into a structured workflow: collect questions ahead of time, rank them fairly, run the live Q&A with guardrails, and automatically publish decisions and follow-ups. It includes an AI layer that clusters duplicate questions, flags themes (pay, strategy, layoffs, culture), and produces a concise post-event recap with commitments, owners, and due dates. The product’s core value is accountability: every answered question can become a tracked item, and every unanswered question gets a transparent status (deferred, offline, rejected with rationale). It integrates with Slack/Teams for intake and reminders, and with calendar/Zoom/Meet for event context. This is not a “better video call”—it’s the missing operating system around all-hands communication.
