PulseWindow

PulseWindow helps couples protect real quality time by turning it into a lightweight, verifiable habit. You set a “window” (e.g., Tue 7–9pm) and the app enforces a shared focus mode: silences notifications, blocks chosen apps, and starts a joint timer only when both phones are present and unlocked within the window. Afterward, each person logs a 20-second reflection (one prompt, one sentence) and the app builds a simple “connection streak” and monthly recap you can actually discuss. No cheesy games, no therapy cosplay—just guardrails that reduce the friction of starting and finishing quality time. It also supports long-distance with a synced video “room” and the same reflection ritual. The goal is consistency: fewer broken plans, less resentment, and clearer evidence of effort without turning your relationship into a spreadsheet.
