PunchListly is a mobile + web app for interior designers and remodelers who waste hours turning walkthrough notes into actionable punch lists. On-site, you snap photos, dictate quick notes, and tag the room and trade (painter, electrician, carpenter). The app auto-generates a structured punch list with due dates, priority, and a clean PDF/portal link for each contractor. It also tracks “before/after” proof, comments, and change acknowledgements so you’re not chasing updates across texts and email threads. It’s an AI-assisted workflow, but it stays realistic: it won’t “design” for you; it just converts messy field input into organized tasks and documentation. The MVP focuses on speed, offline capture, and contractor-friendly sharing, because adoption dies when subs need to learn a new complicated tool.
