PunchListPro is a mobile + web app for managing renovation punch lists and closeout without the chaos of texts, PDFs, and missing photos. Contractors and project managers create room-by-room punch items in seconds, assign them to subs, and require photo/video proof plus a short note before an item can be marked complete. The app time-stamps everything, keeps an audit trail, and generates a clean closeout report the same day—useful for owners, designers, and warranty handoffs. It also supports offline mode for job sites with bad reception and simple role-based access so subs only see their tasks. This is not a full project management suite; it’s a focused closeout tool that integrates with existing workflows via export and basic webhooks. The goal is fewer callbacks, faster final payment, and less arguing about “who did what, when.”
