PunchListy is a mobile + web app for interior designers and small contractors to capture, assign, and close punch-list items with airtight documentation. On-site, users snap photos, mark exact locations on a floor plan, add notes, and assign responsibility (GC, painter, millwork, vendor). Each item tracks status, due date, and a required “after” photo to close. The app generates a shareable client-ready report and a vendor-specific task sheet, reducing endless email threads and missed fixes. It also keeps a simple audit trail: who changed what, when, and with what photo evidence. This is not a glamorous design tool—it’s a workflow tool that saves time at the most painful stage of a project: handoff and closeout. Monetization is straightforward: per-project or per-seat subscriptions for small teams.
