PushChurn
PushChurn is a web app (with lightweight SDKs) that helps product teams detect and prevent push-notification fatigue that leads to opt-outs and uninstalls. It ingests push send logs and user events, then highlights risky patterns: over-messaging, repetitive copy, poorly timed sends, and segments showing rising opt-out rates. The MVP focuses on practical guardrails rather than “magic AI”: frequency caps by segment, quiet-hour enforcement, and simple experiments that compare engagement vs. churn signals. It also provides a “fatigue score” per cohort and alerts when a campaign is likely to trigger opt-outs. Teams can simulate policy changes (e.g., reduce sends 20% for low-engagement users) and see projected impact on retention. This is not a full push provider; it sits on top of existing tools like FCM/APNs and common ESPs, making adoption realistic for teams that already have infrastructure.
