PushTriage
PushTriage is a web app (with optional mobile SDK) for teams that already send push notifications but can’t reliably tell what’s broken: low opt-in, poor delivery, spammy cadence, or irrelevant targeting. It ingests push event logs (send, delivered, opened, dismissed, opt-out) from FCM/APNs via a lightweight proxy or SDK, then surfaces a “notification health” dashboard by campaign, segment, device model, OS version, and timezone. It flags likely root causes (e.g., iOS permission fatigue, Android OEM background restrictions, bad send-time windows) and recommends concrete fixes like throttling rules, quiet hours, and segment splits. It also includes a simple rules engine for guardrails: frequency caps, suppression lists, and mandatory holdouts for measuring lift. This is not a magical growth tool—it's a pragmatic debugging and governance layer that reduces churn caused by bad pushes.
