PVProof is a web + mobile app that creates a defensible, third-party-style performance record for commercial and community solar sites. It pulls inverter/SCADA data, weather/irradiance sources, and utility meter reads, then produces a standardized “evidence pack” showing expected vs. actual generation, curtailment flags, downtime windows, and data-quality gaps. The goal is not fancy dashboards; it’s reducing time and money lost in finger-pointing between EPCs, O&M providers, asset owners, and offtakers. The app guides users through a structured incident workflow (e.g., underperformance month, suspected clipping, tracker stow, comms outage) and outputs a shareable report with clear assumptions and confidence scoring. This is an AI-assisted app: AI helps classify root-cause patterns and draft narratives, but calculations remain transparent and auditable.
