QListPilot is a web app (with optional desktop add-in) that turns a target company’s initial data room dump into a structured, trackable diligence plan. Upload a few core documents (CIM, financials, customer list, key contracts, org chart) and the AI proposes a tailored request list, flags missing artifacts, and maps each request to likely source folders. It then runs a “coverage score” showing which diligence areas are thin (revenue quality, customer concentration, legal, HR, IT/security) and generates a weekly workplan for the deal team. The product is not a replacement for advisors; it’s a coordinator that reduces the chaotic back-and-forth and prevents obvious misses. Realistically, it wins when it integrates with existing VDRs and produces audit-friendly outputs (exportable request lists, issue logs, and status reports) without forcing a new workflow.
