QRDocent turns exhibition labels into lightweight, multilingual audio tours visitors can access instantly by scanning a QR code. Curators upload wall text (or paste a checklist), assign it to an artwork ID, and the app generates a clean mobile listening page with optional images, pronunciation help, and accessibility modes (large type, high contrast). It also supports “gallery mode” playlists so visitors can listen hands-free as they move through a room. For venues, it provides basic analytics (scans per work, dwell time proxies, language selection) without needing invasive tracking or expensive hardware. This is not a museum-grade collections system; it’s a practical layer that sits on top of whatever the venue already uses.
