QuakeLease

QuakeLease is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that generates property-specific earthquake and volcanic ash exposure reports that landlords, property managers, and insurers can actually use. Users enter an address (or upload a portfolio CSV) and get a standardized PDF/JSON report: nearby faults/volcanoes, shaking intensity scenarios, liquefaction/landslide susceptibility, ashfall probability bands, and a plain-English “what to do” checklist tied to local building era and construction type. It also includes a compliance packet: tenant notice templates, emergency plan checklist, and documentation log for drills and retrofit actions. This is not a prediction app; it’s a decision and documentation tool that reduces liability and speeds up underwriting conversations. Monetization is per-report, per-portfolio, or annual subscription for property managers, with an API tier for insurers and real-estate platforms.
