QuaranTrack

QuaranTrack is a web + mobile app for aquarium quarantine and biosecurity management. It replaces scattered spreadsheets and whiteboards with a structured workflow for new arrivals, isolation tanks, prophylactic treatments, daily observations, and clearance decisions. Staff log symptoms, feeding response, mortalities, and water parameters, then the system enforces required steps (e.g., minimum quarantine days, treatment completion, negative screening results) before an animal can be moved. It also generates audit-ready records for internal QA and external accreditation reviews. This is not magic: it won’t diagnose diseases perfectly, and it won’t fix poor husbandry. But it will reduce “process failures” (missed doses, skipped checks, undocumented transfers) that cause real losses. Optional AI assists by summarizing logs, flagging anomalies, and drafting incident reports—while keeping final decisions with trained staff.
