QuaranTrack

QuaranTrack is a web + mobile app for managing quarantine, health screening, and transfer readiness for animals moving between zoos, aquariums, and breeding centers. It replaces scattered spreadsheets and email threads with a single workflow: pre-transfer checklists, daily observations, lab results, treatment logs, and clearance decisions. The app generates facility-specific quarantine protocols, schedules required tests, and flags missing steps before an animal can be shipped. It also provides a standardized “transfer packet” export (PDF + data) that receiving institutions can trust and quickly review. This is a traditional app with light AI: it can auto-summarize clinical notes, detect inconsistent entries (e.g., temperature units, dosage anomalies), and suggest next steps based on the facility’s own protocol templates—without pretending to diagnose. Realistically, sales cycles will be slow and compliance-heavy, so the product must be simple, auditable, and built around actual keeper/vet workflows.
