QuaranTrack

QuaranTrack is a web + mobile app for managing quarantine and biosecurity workflows in zoos and exotic animal facilities. It centralizes intake, isolation timelines, daily health checks, lab orders, PPE and room-entry logs, and clearance criteria so teams don’t rely on whiteboards and scattered spreadsheets. The app generates task lists by species and risk level, enforces required steps (e.g., fecal PCR schedule, parasite protocols), and flags missed checks in real time. An AI layer can summarize daily notes into a concise shift handoff and highlight anomalies (e.g., appetite drop, stool changes) without pretending to “diagnose.” It also produces audit-ready reports for accreditation and internal incident reviews. This is not glamorous software; it’s operational plumbing that reduces preventable disease transmission and the chaos that follows. Expect long sales cycles and heavy customization requests, but the core workflow is repeatable.
