QuarterNudge is a web + mobile app (traditional + light AI) that helps self-employed people and side-giggers estimate and schedule quarterly taxes without turning their finances into a spreadsheet project. Users connect bank and card accounts, tag income/expense streams, and the app continuously forecasts year-end profit and the next estimated payment using simple, transparent assumptions (federal + state, SE tax, deductions, prior-year safe harbor). It generates a quarterly “pay-by” plan, sends reminders, and can create a payment checklist with direct links to IRS Direct Pay and state portals. A small AI layer helps categorize messy transactions and flags anomalies (big one-off income, missing expense categories) but the core math stays auditable. It’s not a full tax filing product; it’s a focused forecasting and payment companion.
