QueryCraft

QueryCraft is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for clinical trial teams to manage, resolve, and document protocol deviations and site queries without drowning in email threads and spreadsheets. It centralizes questions from sites, monitors, and data management; routes them to the right owner; enforces due dates; and captures a complete, exportable audit trail. An AI layer suggests draft responses, links to the relevant protocol section/SOP, and flags when a proposed answer conflicts with prior decisions. It also generates consistent “decision memos” for recurring issues (e.g., visit window exceptions) so teams stop reinventing the wheel. Realistically, this won’t replace CTMS/EDC; it sits between them, focusing on the messy human workflow that causes delays, rework, and inspection risk. The value is speed, consistency, and defensibility, not flashy automation.
