QueryTriage

QueryTriage is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps clinical trial teams prioritize, route, and resolve EDC queries faster using rules plus lightweight AI. It ingests query exports from common EDCs (via CSV/API where available), deduplicates recurring issues, flags high-risk items (e.g., safety-related, primary endpoint, aging beyond SLA), and assigns them to the right owner (site coordinator, CRA, data manager) with clear due dates. An AI assistant drafts suggested responses based on study-specific guidance (DMP, edit-check specs, query text patterns) and highlights missing source documentation, but requires human confirmation to stay audit-safe. Dashboards show backlog by site, aging, and root-cause categories so operations can target retraining or edit-check tuning. The goal is not “magic automation”—it’s measurable cycle-time reduction and fewer late database locks.
