QueryTuner

QueryTuner is a web app that plugs into your existing search stack (Elastic, OpenSearch, Solr, or site search) and shows why users fail to find things. It captures anonymized queries, results shown, clicks, and “no result” events, then highlights patterns: missing synonyms, poor stemming, broken filters, and content gaps. An AI assistant suggests concrete fixes (synonym lists, query rewrites, ranking boosts, and “create this page” recommendations) and lets you A/B test changes safely. This is not a new search engine—it's a practical layer that makes the one you already pay for work better. It’s aimed at teams that can’t justify a full search relevance engineer but still lose revenue and support time due to weak internal or site search.
