QueueBuddy helps families plan outings by showing real-world wait times and crowd levels for kid-friendly places like zoos, aquariums, museums, trampoline parks, and indoor play centers. It combines official venue data (when available) with anonymous, opt-in crowd signals from visitors (arrival time, queue length, “got in at” timestamps) to produce a simple “go now / go later” recommendation. Parents can set constraints like nap windows, stroller-friendliness, sensory-friendly hours, and budget, then get a short list of nearby options with predicted wait, parking difficulty, and best arrival time. The app also includes a lightweight “Plan B” button that instantly suggests backup venues if the chosen spot is slammed. This is a mobile app (iOS/Android) with a small web dashboard for venues that want to publish live capacity updates.
