QueueCraft

QueueCraft is a web + desktop app that helps knowledge workers batch-process repetitive “micro-work” across tools (email triage, CRM updates, invoice checks, content uploads, file renames) without building brittle automations. You create a batch queue by importing items from CSV, Gmail labels, Google Drive folders, or simple copy/paste. Each item becomes a short checklist card with required fields, validation rules, and keyboard-first actions. The app then runs you through items in a focused, distraction-free “assembly line” mode with timers, shortcuts, and guardrails (required fields, duplicate detection, and undo). It logs decisions and exports results back to the source system via lightweight integrations or downloadable change files. It’s a traditional app with optional AI: AI can pre-fill fields, suggest categories, and flag anomalies, but the user stays in control to avoid automation mistakes.
