QueueCraft

QueueCraft is a mobile + web matchmaking hub for players who are tired of unreliable LFG posts and toxic randoms. It matches you with teammates based on schedule overlap, role preferences, comms style, and “reliability” signals (on-time rate, early-leave rate, and post-match peer ratings). Instead of trying to replace in-game matchmaking, it focuses on pre-made squads for ranked sessions, raids, and weekly events across multiple games. Users set their availability, preferred games, rank ranges, and session length; the app proposes small groups and locks in a start time with reminders. A lightweight “session contract” (expected duration, rules, comms) reduces flaking and mismatched expectations. Monetization is realistic: a freemium model with a small monthly fee for advanced filters, priority matching windows, and team analytics. The hard part is getting enough active users per game/region, so it starts with 1–2 underserved communities and expands carefully.
