QueueCut

QueueCut is a real-time “just-in-time” latency and backlog early-warning system for teams running event-driven systems (queues, streams, background jobs, webhooks). Instead of showing dashboards after things are already broken, it predicts when you will miss an SLO based on live queue depth, consumer lag, error rates, and deploy activity, then recommends the smallest intervention: scale one worker pool, pause a noisy producer, reroute traffic, or roll back a specific release. It connects to common infrastructure (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ, Celery/Sidekiq, Kubernetes) and produces a single, prioritized feed of imminent incidents with a countdown to breach. The MVP focuses on one killer workflow: “tell me what to do in the next 15 minutes to avoid a breach,” with Slack/PagerDuty actions and a lightweight web console for audit and tuning.
