QueueIQ is a web + mobile AI-assisted store analytics app that measures and improves checkout and service-line performance using existing cameras or low-cost overhead sensors. It detects queue length, estimated wait time, and abandonment (customers leaving the line), then ties those events to staffing schedules, lane openings, and promotions. The dashboard highlights peak congestion windows, underused registers, and the real cost of slowdowns (lost baskets, reduced conversion). Store managers get simple alerts: “Open lane 3 now” or “Shift one associate to self-checkout for 20 minutes.” Regional ops can compare stores with normalized metrics (transactions per labor hour, average wait, abandonment rate) without needing a data science team. It’s designed to be deployable in days, not months, and to work even when POS integrations are limited by providing actionable queue metrics on their own.
