QueueNudge

QueueNudge is a mobile + web app for small venues that can’t afford enterprise queue systems but still lose money to long, uncertain waits. Staff tap a single button when a new party joins, gets seated, or abandons; the app learns a simple service-rate model and publishes a live, conservative wait estimate via a QR code at the door and a lightweight web page. Customers can optionally join a virtual line with SMS updates, reducing crowding and “are we next?” interruptions. The product is intentionally low-tech: it works even when staff are busy, and it doesn’t require cameras, Wi‑Fi analytics, or POS integrations to be useful. Owners get a weekly report showing peak abandonment windows, average service time by daypart, and how many customers returned after a delay. It’s not magic—bad staffing still hurts—but it makes waits predictable and reduces churn.
