QueuePilot

QueuePilot is a mobile + web app for store managers to predict and reduce checkout bottlenecks in real time. It ingests POS transaction timestamps and basic staffing schedules to forecast line buildup by register zone and time-of-day, then recommends simple actions: open a specific lane, reassign one associate, or switch to express-only rules. The app shows a live “service level” dashboard, alerts when wait-time thresholds are likely to be breached, and generates post-shift reports that tie labor decisions to wait-time outcomes. It’s intentionally pragmatic: no computer-vision cameras, no fancy sensors, and no promise of perfect accuracy—just better-than-gut decisions using data most retailers already have. Integrations start with common POS exports and expand to APIs for larger chains. The goal is measurable: reduce peak wait times and abandoned baskets with minimal operational change.
