QueueProof is a web + mobile e-government “front door” that sits on top of existing agency processes and fixes the most hated part: uncertainty. Citizens can pre-check eligibility, upload required documents, and book an in-person or video appointment with a guaranteed time window. The system issues a QR-based appointment pass and provides real-time status updates (running late, counter changed, missing document). For agencies, it offers a lightweight admin console to manage capacity, triage cases, and send standardized messages. This is not a full replacement for legacy government systems (that’s a multi-year procurement nightmare). It’s a practical layer that reduces walk-ins, repeat visits, and staff interruptions caused by incomplete paperwork. The MVP can start with one high-volume service (IDs, permits, benefits intake) and expand service-by-service.
