QueueProof is a mobile + web app that issues tamper-resistant digital queue tickets for in-person government services (DMV, permits, benefits offices) and provides real-time wait estimates. Citizens join a virtual line remotely, get a verified check-in window, and receive notifications when to arrive—reducing wasted hours and overcrowding. Offices get a lightweight dashboard to manage walk-ins, no-shows, and staffing, plus simple rules (e.g., “must arrive within 20 minutes of call”). This is not a full appointment system replacement; it’s a pragmatic layer for agencies that can’t overhaul legacy systems. The AI component predicts wait times and no-show likelihood using historical throughput and live signals, then adjusts arrival windows to keep lines stable. If an office refuses to integrate, QueueProof can still work via QR-based on-site enrollment and a standalone queue display.
