QueueProof is a mobile + web app that lets residents book, verify, and manage appointments and virtual queue positions for high-friction public services (DMV-style counters, permits, benefits interviews, document pickup). It issues a time-bound QR code and geofence-based check-in window so agencies can reduce no-shows and line chaos without buying expensive kiosk systems. Residents get real-time wait estimates, required-document checklists per service, and push/SMS reminders. Staff get a lightweight web console to throttle capacity, broadcast delays, and scan QR codes at the counter. The product is intentionally narrow: it doesn’t try to replace the agency’s core case-management system; it sits in front of it to control flow and reduce lobby load. Expect slow procurement and pilots, but the operational savings (staff time, security, overtime) are tangible.
