QueuePulse is a web + mobile app that helps physical venues pinpoint where people get stuck—entrances, checkout, elevators, security, hallways—using low-cost signals instead of expensive camera systems. It ingests Wi‑Fi access point stats, optional Bluetooth beacons, and simple staff “tap counts” to estimate dwell time, queue growth, and throughput by zone. The app turns that into a live heatmap and a daily “choke report” with the top 3 bottlenecks, likely causes (staffing gaps, layout conflicts, schedule spikes), and recommended fixes (open another register, reroute signage, stagger appointments). It’s not magic: accuracy depends on sensor coverage and good zone setup, and it won’t replace full computer-vision analytics. But it’s cheap, fast to deploy, and good enough for most operators who just need actionable direction, not perfect tracking.
