QueuePulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for operations teams who run multi-step service queues: support desks, clinics, repair depots, warehouses, and field-service dispatch. It unifies walk-ins, appointments, tickets, and job queues into one live “control tower” that shows wait times, bottlenecks, SLA risk, and staffing impact in real time. The MVP focuses on fast setup: import from CSV or connect to one system, define stages (e.g., intake → triage → service → QA), and start tracking. It includes lightweight scheduling rules (priority, skill-based routing, fairness) and simple forecasting based on historical throughput. This is a traditional app with a small AI layer for demand forecasting and anomaly detection (e.g., sudden spike, stalled stage). It’s not a magic optimizer; it’s a practical visibility + decision-support tool that reduces chaos and makes queue performance measurable.
