QueuePulse

QueuePulse is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) for operations teams who manage physical flow: warehouses, clinics, event venues, and small factories. It turns simple inputs—scan timestamps, door counters, POS/appointment logs, and manual “tap to mark stage” events—into a live throughput map: arrivals, WIP, cycle time, and queue length by step. The AI layer flags the likely constraint (e.g., “packing station 2 is starving because picking batches are too large”) and suggests low-risk experiments (change batch size, add a floater, reorder tasks). It’s not a full WMS/ERP replacement; it’s a lightweight overlay that can be deployed in days and provides a single, shared view of flow. The goal is to reduce waiting, smooth handoffs, and make staffing decisions based on real bottleneck data rather than gut feel.
