QueueQuest

QueueQuest gamifies the boring “waiting and errands” part of life: grocery runs, pharmacy pickups, DMV visits, bank lines, and appointment waiting rooms. Users start a timed “quest” when they arrive, earn XP for completing micro-challenges (budget check, meal plan, inbox zero, language flashcards), and unlock streak-based perks. The hook is a lightweight rewards marketplace funded by local businesses: coupons, free add-ons, or small gift cards that are only redeemable nearby and soon (to prevent hoarding and fraud). It’s a mobile app with optional web dashboard for partners. It’s not magic: rewards will be modest and the app must be fast, low-friction, and honest about odds and value. If rewards supply is thin in a city, the app still works as a personal progress game, but retention will drop.
