QueueQuest is a mobile + web app for arcades, barcades, and family entertainment centers that shows real-time machine availability and estimated wait times. Venues place small QR/NFC tags on cabinets; players scan to “join queue,” get notified when it’s their turn, and optionally pay to reserve a slot during off-peak hours. Operators get a lightweight dashboard showing which games are bottlenecking, which sit idle, and how queue friction impacts revenue. This is not a magical computer-vision system—it's a pragmatic, scan-based approach that works with existing machines and staff. The app also supports simple leagues and “challenge cards” that drive repeat visits without needing expensive hardware integrations.
