QueueScout

QueueScout is a web + mobile AI app for small-to-mid cities and traffic consultants who need actionable traffic-flow insights without buying expensive sensor networks. It ingests existing data (signal controller logs, probe speeds from third-party providers, 311 complaints, crash/open-data feeds) and optionally adds “quick capture” field observations via a mobile app (short video clips, manual counts, queue length snapshots). The system automatically flags recurring congestion patterns (spillback, poor offsets, turn-bay overflow), estimates delay and reliability impacts, and produces a prioritized fix list with expected benefit ranges. It also generates stakeholder-ready reports: before/after dashboards, maps, and simple “what changed” narratives for council meetings. This is not a real-time traffic control platform; it’s a pragmatic decision-support tool focused on low-cost, high-confidence improvements and faster project justification.
