QueueSift
QueueSift is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that helps small-to-mid platforms moderate user-generated content by prioritizing what humans should review first. Instead of pretending AI can “solve” moderation, it focuses on queue triage: clustering similar reports, deduplicating mass-report spam, and scoring items by potential harm, virality, and policy risk. Moderators get a clean review workspace with side-by-side context (thread history, user prior actions, reporter reliability) and one-click actions with audit trails. The AI is used narrowly: summarizing long threads, extracting entities, and suggesting likely policy categories—never auto-enforcing by default. You can plug in your own policies and escalation rules, then export decisions and evidence for compliance or appeals. It’s realistic: it saves time and reduces mistakes, but still assumes humans make final calls for edge cases.
