QueueSketch

QueueSketch is a web + tablet mobile app for operations teams to plan, test, and monitor real-world queue and pedestrian flow in venues like museums, clinics, stadiums, and event halls. Users import a floor plan (PDF/image), draw barriers and entry/exit points, then run quick “good-enough” simulations to estimate wait times, choke points, and staff needs. During live operations, staff can tap simple counters at key checkpoints (or scan QR markers) to feed real-time throughput into the model and get alerts when a zone is trending toward gridlock. This is not a PhD-grade crowd simulator; it’s a practical tool that helps teams avoid obvious layout mistakes, justify staffing, and document what worked for next time. It sells as a subscription with per-venue pricing and optional onboarding.
