QueueStage

QueueStage is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that adds a “backstage” layer to any online venue: webinars, community town halls, live podcasts, virtual conferences, and classes. Attendees can request to speak, join a timed Q&A line, or submit a short audio/video clip. Hosts get a control room to approve, reorder, and pre-screen speakers, with one-click “bring on stage” links that work across Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, and browser-based streams. The MVP focuses on reducing live-session disorder: fewer interruptions, faster Q&A, and clearer moderation. It also logs who spoke, for how long, and what was asked—useful for compliance, community safety, and post-event follow-up. This is a combination app: traditional workflow + light AI to summarize questions and flag likely duplicates or policy-violating content.
