QueueTruce is a cross-platform watchlist and decision app that merges what you and your friends want to watch across Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, Max, Hulu, and more—without pretending it can fully control those platforms. You connect services (where available) or import watchlists via links/CSV, then build shared “rooms” for couples, families, or friend groups. The app highlights overlap, rotates turns fairly, and uses lightweight AI to propose 3 options that fit everyone’s constraints (time available, mood, rating limits, language, and “no gore” rules). It also tracks where titles are currently streaming and alerts you when something on your list moves or becomes available. Reality check: the hardest part is integrations; the MVP should focus on great list merging, group decision tools, and reliable availability data rather than deep playback control.
