QueueWatt is a web app (with optional desktop-friendly exports) that helps developers, utilities, and consultants manage and de-risk distribution interconnection applications. It centralizes project data (forms, one-lines, studies, emails, milestones), tracks utility-specific requirements, and flags schedule/compliance risks before they become months-long delays. The AI layer reads incoming utility emails and PDFs, extracts action items, deadlines, missing documents, and fee requests, then updates a shared timeline and sends reminders. It also benchmarks cycle times by utility/region using your portfolio data, so teams can forecast COD risk and prioritize which projects to push, pause, or redesign. This is not a “magic approval” tool—utilities still control timelines—but it makes the process auditable, organized, and measurably faster for applicants and interconnection teams who are drowning in fragmented communication and inconsistent requirements.
