QuietCircle

QuietCircle is a mobile + web messaging platform built for tight-knit groups that want calm, predictable communication. Instead of endless chat streams, it uses “threads with deadlines” and “digest-first” delivery: messages land in a daily/weekly digest by default, with true emergencies allowed via limited priority pings. Groups can set norms (quiet hours, max pings/day, required context templates) and the app enforces them automatically. It also includes lightweight decision tools—polls, RSVP, and task handoffs—so planning doesn’t devolve into 200 messages. This is not trying to replace WhatsApp for everyone; it’s for people who are burned out by constant notifications but still need coordination. Monetization is straightforward: freemium for small groups, paid plans for families, clubs, and teams that want more groups, storage, and admin controls.
