QuietCoach

QuietCoach is a mobile app (iOS/Android) for people who avoid home workouts because of noise, impact, and limited space. It builds low-impact, “silent” routines (no jumping, minimal floor thump) tailored to your apartment type, time, and equipment (none, bands, light dumbbells). The app includes a decibel-aware timer mode: you set quiet hours and floor type, and it automatically swaps exercises that tend to spike noise. A simple AI layer adapts plans based on soreness, adherence, and what you actually completed, not what you intended. It also offers short “micro-sessions” (5–12 minutes) designed to be stacked throughout the day, which is more realistic for busy people than 45-minute programs. Monetization is straightforward: subscription for adaptive plans and exercise library; one-time packs for specialized goals (posture, knee-friendly, postpartum).
