QuietCommand

QuietCommand is a mobile + smart-speaker companion app that adds “house rules” on top of Alexa/Google/Siri routines: time-based quiet hours, kid-safe command limits, guest mode, and device-specific permissions. Instead of trying to replace existing assistants (a losing battle), it sits between your household and your smart-home actions by managing routines, approvals, and exceptions. Parents can block late-night music, require a PIN for purchases, restrict door-lock commands to specific voices, and set temporary guest access that expires. It also provides a simple audit trail of what was triggered and by whom (without pretending to be perfect at attribution). Setup is realistic: connect your existing assistant accounts, import routines, then apply rule templates like “Bedtime,” “Babysitter,” or “Party.” The app focuses on reducing accidental triggers and household conflict, not fancy chat.
